Question: What cause's ringing in the ear?I have had it in my right ear for two weeks now

Answer: I have had ringing in the ears for years. I been to four different doctors and they gave four different opinions. My hearing is perfect. The noise can come from sinus, too much coffee, aspirins, alcohol or from a nerve disorder in the back. I have learned to live with it but it gets pretty loud at times. Especially if I drink too much coffee or get nerverous. Or spend time outside in the cold. High blood pressure can cause ringing too.
