Question: I have had a ringing sound in my ears for a while now but recently, i've been getting a ring AND a humming sort of sound... the soft humming type of sound only occurs when i'm sleeping and i can't hear it during the day even when it's totally quiet.. can there be more than one sound if you have tinnitus and why does it only occur when i sleep, can it be something to do with me lying down?

I had terrible ringing for a few weeks and found it was a pinched nerve in my neck. The chiropractor helped me out in 2 visits! It was making me crazy and it was worse at night because I was laying on my neck. Vнsit the doctor for advice.
